General terms of sale

The hereby sale conditions are determined between the AZIBAO Company , registered with RCS and located at: 2, rue Henri Bocquillon - 75015 Paris And, thosewho wish to purchase goods via AZIBAO website; Object The following general conditions define the rights and obligations of both parties regarding online sales that AZIBAO company offers to their company.
[ The order ] Article 1. Integrity.
All orders made within the range of products available online imply that the customer accepts without restrictions the general conditions. If no general or specific conditions are shown in the documentation, or provided by the customer, they will be added to the present conditions, as they may not be compatible with the general conditions. In order to settle payment, the customer can pay by credit card. Customers must ensure AZIBAO Company that they are in possession of potential authorizations in order to make the payment of their choice when placing an order. The AZIBAO Company reserves the right to cancel any order and any delivery. The AZIBAO Company reserves the right to cancel any customer's order which there might be a dispute regarding payment for a previous order. The AZIBAO Company has put into place a verification procedure to ensure that nobody uses someone's details without their knowledge. As part of the verification process, the customer might be requested to fax a copy of identification, as well as a proof of residency to AZIBAO. In case of payment by cheque, the order will be processed once the cheque has been received. If the goods have not been delivered within 5 days following the confirmation of the order, the customer must notify AZIBAO Company who will deal with UPS directly in order to report the loss as soon as possible (no minimum time limit), and will be able to organize another dispatch. AZIBAO will not be liable for any arised consequences due to the delivery delay.
[ The Delivery ] Article 9. Delivery problems arising from the carrier.
The customer is responsible for checking the state of the goods upon delivery. Any faulty products (missing goods with reference to the order form, damage parcel, breakage etc.) must be recorded on the delivery note and reported to AZIBAO Company.
[ The Delivery ] Article 10. Delivery errors.
The AZIBAO Company promises to reimburse or exchange products which do not correspond to the order (damaged or unsuitable). The customer must express by one means (mail, fax, recorded letter with acknowledgement of receipt) the day of delivery or at the latest within the next 2 working days following the delivery, any complaint regarding articles which do not correspond to the order (delivery mistake, non-conformity of products etc.) Complaints must be addressed as stated in article 12 "customers service details". The customer must indicate their details, order reference number, the product's reference as shown on the delivery note and the reasons of the complaint. If returning products due to to fault,non-conformity or a wrong product, they must be in their original packaging (packaging, accessories, instructions etc.) along with a copy of the purchase invoice. Items must be returned after a confirmation get with The costs of return postage will be paid by the AZIBAO Company. The total amount of costs of postage will be reimbursed by cheque as soon as AZIBAO receive the faulty product.

The customer has 7 days, starting from the date the customer receives the product, to return any unsuitable goods. In this case, he will be responsible for the return postage costs the items. Any incomplete, damaged or soiled articles returned by the customer will not be accepted.

AZIBAO will not be liable for breach of contract which is caused if out of stock, or due to the unavailability of a product, due to a cause beyond our control, industrial arguments, partial or total strike actions and particularly those affecting transport and communications. The buyer is responsible for making the necessary saving of files.
